IRCI studies and memoirs

It is in the spirit of tradition that intellects of a shared cultural forum produce discussion topics and studies. Collecting those contributions means laying the foundations and creating a springboard for further analysis and research. This is exactly the mission to achieve with the "Studies and Memoirs of the Regional Institute for the Istrian-Fiuman-Dalmatian Culture", a notebook of "acts" that has its roots in a glorious past boasting distinguished predecessors.
